Neil was admitted to practice as a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1996 and the High Court of Australia in 1998.  He has in depth experience in commercial and general litigation with specific interest in property disputes, estate disputes, equitable claims and torts.  Over the last 16 years, Neil has appeared regularly before the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of Queensland and in appeals before the Queensland Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia.

In 2015 Neil joined the team at Axia Litigation Lawyers as Special Counsel and has brought with him a wealth of experience in providing specialised legal advice, court advocacy and legal strategy.  Neil prides himself on advising clients how to navigate legal disputes and to achieve desired outcomes.

Jennifer completed a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Queensland in 2009 and was admitted to practise as a solicitor in Queensland in 2010.

Since her admission Jennifer has assisted clients with a wide range of commercial and litigation matters.  Jennifer has particular experience in Building & Construction disputes and has assisted numerous constructions companies in respect of a wide variety of construction matters from professional indemnity claims to utilising the adjudication mechanisms available through the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act (BCIPA).  Jennifer holds the following memberships:

After completing school on the Sunshine Coast, Jennifer completed her University studies in Brisbane.  Upon completing her studies, she practised law in Brisbane, but has now returned to her home on the Sunshine Coast with her young family.
