Jennifer has always had a passion for social justice, stemming back to her high school years when she dreamed of working for the UN. Today as Co-Director of Axia she is as passionate now as she was then, working to help people navigate challenging and often stressful times.

Being admitted in 2010, Jennifer has acquired expert knowledge and skill in Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Building & Construction Disputes. She is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Australia, Solicitor of the High Court of Australia, a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Sunshine Coast Law Association.

Jennifer has had many successes including obtaining a declaration that directions to rectify defective building work issued by the former Queensland Building Services Authority were void. And acting for a contractor in complex litigation with a developer across multiple jurisdictions requiring the use of a document management database containing in excess of 170,000 documents, a scott schedule containing over 4,000 entries, and briefing of six different expert witnesses.
